Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Zedito subscription plans (Basic and Pro) are billed through Google Play. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.
Subscription charges are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at gurenkacreations@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID.
AI Credit Packs
AI credit packs are one-time in-app purchases. Refunds for credit packs are eligible within 7 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. Once credits are consumed, they cannot be refunded.
To request a refund for a credit pack, contact us at gurenkacreations@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for the request.
How to Cancel a Subscription
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Zedito and tap Cancel subscription.
Alternatively, you can manage your subscription via Google Play on the web.
Google Play Refund Policy
In addition to our policy above, purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may also request a refund directly through Google Play within the eligible window.
