By downloading, installing, or using the Zedito app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Zedito is a mobile design and photo editing application available on Android via Google Play. It is developed and operated by Gurenka Creations. The App provides tools for creating posters, invitations, and social media content, including AI-powered image editing features and Cloud Sync functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Zedito offers paid subscription plans and one-time in-app purchases (AI credit packs) processed through Google Play. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the applicable pricing as listed on the Pricing page and in the Google Play Store listing.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Prices may vary by country and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Taxes may apply as required by local laws.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Google Play refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. By using Cloud Sync, you grant Gurenka Creations a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your designs or data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Circumvent or abuse the subscription or credits system.

7. AI Features

AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered tools within the App. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits expire as described in the App.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous availability of the App and Cloud Sync, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content in the App (excluding user-created content) are the property of Gurenka Creations. You may not use them without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gurenka Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
